I try and buy responsably. As a students I wanted to gift myself a pair of good earphones but there are a lot of crapy options on the market. I love sennheiser products and buying refurbished fitted my desire for responsability. It also saved me quite some money. Same buyer experience, the package was sligtly altered but not the product in perfect state and clean. I'll have to see if they last but since the battery life is so long from the start I don't have much worries and not to worried since I bought a PXC550II 2 years ago that didn't cause me any battery pb.
